• We submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), outlining the timeline, Amazon’s lack of engagement, and referring to the appeal we had already submitted.
• In the complaint, we explained the situation clearly, highlighted our findings, and showed how the concern had been addressed.

Shortly after the BBB complaint was submitted, Amazon responded—and the account was reinstated.

Less than two weeks after filing the BBB complaint, Amazon reviewed our materials and fully reinstated the seller’s account.

After four years of silence, the seller was finally back in business.
